MICROGREEN VARIETIES
Here are the different varieties of microgreens grown PURE at Astro Green Farm. Please keep in mind that although we do not grow all varieties at all times, we are able to grow to order any of the varieties listed. Click on the icon for information on the flavor and nutrients for each variety.
ARUGULA
Flavor: A strong peppery flavor, slightly buttery and cabbage-like.
Nutrients: Vitamins A and C, calcium, iron, and phosphorus.
BASIL
Flavor: Tastes like a mild, full-grown basil.
Nutrients: Vitamins A, B complex, D, and E, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus.
BROCCOLI
Flavor: Mild, light broccoli flavor.
Nutrients: Vitamins A and C, calcium, iron, and phosphorus.
CABBAGE
Flavor: A distinct cabbage flavor.
Nutrients: Vitamins C, K, and E, beta-carotenes, and iron.
CILANTRO
Flavor: Full cilantro flavor

KALE
Flavor: A strong broccoli flavor, nutty and rich.

KOHLRABI

Flavor: mild onion.
