How to Use Microgreens

As we have already mentioned, these tiny but mighty greens provide surprisingly intense flavors, vivid colors and crisp textures.  You can sprinkle them on everyday food like “vegetable confetti” as a fun way to add pizzazz to practically any dish.  Try them in  sandwiches or burgers, on salads or pizza, in drinks, stir-fry, eggs, smoothies or as a healthy garnish.
